中(zhong)國科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)院施一(yi)公院士(shi)作了題為《后(hou)AI時代的(de)(de)(de)生命(ming)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)與未來發展》的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)旨報告(gao)(gao)。施一(yi)公院士(shi)在報告(gao)(gao)中(zhong)指出(chu)結構決定功能是宇宙根本法則(ze),AI正顛覆傳統科(ke)(ke)研(yan),AlphaFold基于神經網絡深(shen)度(du)學(xue)(xue)習,三年內預測(ce)(ce)蛋(dan)白質(zhi)結構從(cong)2億(yi)(yi)躍(yue)升(sheng)至6億(yi)(yi)量級——覆蓋地(di)球全物(wu)(wu)種DNA編碼蛋(dan)白質(zhi),遠(yuan)超百年實驗數據(ju)總和(he)。該技術使藥物(wu)(wu)靶點(dian)發現(xian)與生命(ming)機理闡釋(shi)進入新紀元,但AI在規則(ze)領域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)對統治力(li)引發對技術失控的(de)(de)(de)警(jing)示(shi)。科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)界亟需探索(suo)AI預測(ce)(ce)結構的(de)(de)(de)應用路(lu)徑(jing),同時建(jian)立風(feng)險防控機制。
